We offer three main tree care services: Tree Removal (safe removal of dead, diseased, or hazardous trees), Pruning & Trimming (maintaining the health and appearance of your trees), and Tree Health Care (assessments, disease diagnosis, and treatment). If you are unsure which service you need, just describe your situation in the contact form and we will advise you.
Services What does tree removal involve?
Our tree removal service safely removes dead, diseased, or hazardous trees from your property. Our certified arborists use professional equipment to protect your property during the removal. We handle trees of all sizes and clean up afterwards.
Services What is included in your pruning and trimming service?
Our pruning and trimming service maintains the health, safety, and appearance of your trees. We follow industry best practices to encourage healthy growth, improve the shape of the tree, and remove dead or dangerous branches.
Services What does tree health care include?
Our tree health care service includes comprehensive health assessments, disease diagnosis, and treatment plans. Our arborists can identify diseases and pests that you may not notice, and treat them on the spot. We also offer ongoing monitoring to keep your trees thriving.
Services Do you also remove tree stumps?
Yes, stump grinding and removal can usually be arranged in addition to tree removal. Please mention stump removal when requesting your quote so we can include it in the estimate. Standard tree removal does not include stump removal unless specifically requested.
Services Do you offer emergency tree removal?
Same-day emergency service is not guaranteed, but for urgent situations (such as a fallen tree blocking access, storm damage, or a tree posing immediate safety risk), please call us during business hours. We will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible.
Services Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. Our team cleans up all debris, branches, and waste after the job is completed. We leave your property tidy before we leave.

Contact What information do I need to fill in the contact form?
The contact form requires your first name, last name, email address, Australian phone number (in international format starting with 61), your property address, the service category you need, and a description of your enquiry (up to 300 characters). You may also optionally upload photos of your trees.
Contact What format should I enter my phone number in?
Please enter your Australian mobile number in international format starting with 61. For example, if your number is 0412 345 678, enter it as 61412345678 (11 digits total, with the leading 0 replaced by 61).
Contact Can I upload photos with my enquiry?
Yes. You can optionally upload photos of your trees when submitting the contact form. We accept PDF, PNG, and JPEG files. Each file must be under 5MB. Photos help us assess your situation more accurately before sending a quote.
Contact What happens after I submit the contact form?
After you submit your enquiry, our team will review it and send you a free quote by email within 24 hours. The quote will include the price, a proposed service date and time, and a description of the work. You can then accept or decline the quote directly from the email.
Contact I submitted an enquiry but have not heard back. What should I do?
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. If you have not received a response after that time, please check your spam or junk email folder first. If it is still missing, contact us directly.
Quotes Are quotes free?
Yes. All our quotes are completely free and carry no obligation. Simply fill out the contact form on our website and we will send you a detailed quote by email within 24 hours.
Quotes What does the quote include?
The quote email will include the price for the job, a proposed service date and time, and a description of the work to be done. You can accept or decline the quote by clicking the buttons in the email.
Quotes How do I accept a quote?
When we send you a quote, the email will contain two buttons: 'Accept Quote' and 'Decline Quote'. Simply click 'Accept Quote' to confirm the job. Once accepted, our team will schedule the work and be in touch with any further details.
Quotes What if I want to decline the quote?
No problem — just click 'Decline Quote' in the email. There is no obligation. If you would like a revised quote or have questions about the price, please reply to our email or call us.
Quotes How long is the quote valid for?
The quote link in the email is valid for 7 days from the date it was sent. If your quote link has expired, please contact us and we will send you a new one.
Quotes How much does tree removal or pruning cost?
Pricing depends on the size, location, and complexity of the job. We do not have a fixed price list — instead, we provide a free personalised quote after reviewing your enquiry. Submit the contact form and we will send you a quote within 24 hours at no charge.
Jobs What is the process from enquiry to completed job?
The full process is: 1) You submit an enquiry via the contact form. 2) We review it and send you a free quote by email within 24 hours. 3) You accept the quote by clicking the link in the email. 4) We schedule the job and assign a certified arborist. 5) The arborist completes the work at the agreed date and time. 6) We send you an invoice after the job is done.
Jobs How is the service date decided?
The proposed service date is included in your quote email. When you accept the quote, you are agreeing to that date and time. If the proposed date does not suit you, please contact us before accepting and we will try to find a more convenient time.
Jobs Can I cancel or reschedule a job?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
Jobs Do I need to be home during the work?
It is helpful but not always required. If our team can access the work area without going through your home (e.g. via a side gate), you do not need to be present. Please discuss access arrangements with us when accepting your quote, and make sure any pets are secured indoors.
Jobs Do I need to prepare anything before the arborists arrive?
It helps to ensure clear access to the trees that need work. If possible, move vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other items that could block access or be damaged. Our team will handle the rest, including cleanup after the job.
Payments When will I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to your email address after the job has been completed. It will include the total amount due, the payment method agreed upon, and payment instructions.
Payments What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several payment options depending on what was agreed in your quote: Payment in Advance (bank transfer before the service), Cash on Site (cash on the day), Portable EFTPOS on Site (card on the day), Payment on Completion (full payment after work), Deposit + Balance (a deposit before and the remainder after), and Online Card Payment (secure payment via a link in your invoice email).
Payments How do I pay online?
If your payment method is online card payment, your invoice email will contain a secure 'Pay Now' button. Click it to be taken to a secure payment page where you can pay by credit or debit card. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Payments Is the online payment secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment platform. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. The payment link in your invoice email is unique to your invoice — do not share it with others.
Payments How does the deposit and balance payment work?
If your invoice uses the Deposit + Balance method, you will need to pay a deposit before the work begins and the remaining balance after the work is completed. Both amounts will be clearly stated in your invoice email.
Reviews How do I leave a review?
After your job is completed, we may send you a review request by email. Simply click the link in the email to submit a star rating (1 to 5) and a comment about your experience. The review link is valid for 30 days.
Reviews My review link has expired. Can I still leave a review?
Review links are valid for 30 days from when they are sent. If your link has expired, please contact us and we can arrange another way for you to share your feedback.
